What Clark can and cannot do

Can Clark send a notice by itself?

No. Clark may prepare a notice and covering email, but a consequential action must enter the approval queue and be approved by a person before it leaves the platform.

Does an extracted value immediately become the property record?

No. Extracted values are proposals until a person confirms them against the source document.

Can the system answer across an entire portfolio?

Yes, where the user has the required access and the relevant documents have been added. The answer remains linked to its supporting evidence and identifies uncertainty.

Are landlord and tenant portals available in the pilot?

They are on the roadmap rather than part of the current pilot. The pilot focuses on the operating workflows used by commercial property teams.
